Last night Kangana Ranaut took to Twitter to pen down a sweet note as she completed shooting for Thalaivi. The actress shared a lovely picture from the set where we see her in a crisp-white saree waving out politician-like and in the second picture we see the real Jayalalithaa in a similar pose and in a similar saree.

The actress tweeted saying, ‘And it’s a wrap, today we successfully completed the filming of our most ambitious project Thalaivi- the revolutionary leader, rarely an actor finds a character that comes alive in flesh and blood and I fall in love so hard but now suddenly it’s time to say bye, mixed feelings.’
In her tweets, she went on to thank the entire team of the film for a lifetime opportunity to play Jayalalithaa on the big screen.

Kangana Ranaut had started working on Thalaivi earlier this year but due to the pandemic, the film had to be stopped. She recently resumed shooting for it and in her free-time also trained for her next Dhaakad where she has some high-octane action scenes. Now that’s called multi-tasking. Kangana will also start shooting on another film called Tejas where she will play Indian Air Force pilot.
