Sidharth Malhotra wraps up shooting for Shershah
Sidharth Malhotra was shooting for Shershah in March when the lockdown was announced. Shershah, which is a biopic of Param Vir Chakra awardee Captain Vikram Batra who lost his life in the Kargil war, had patchwork scenes left when everything came to a standstill.
Now according to reports, Sidharth has wrapped up the project. A few days back, Sidharth had posted a picture from the set stating how excited he was to be finally on a film set. Since the film had only patchwork left, he finished the scenes in a couple of days and called it a wrap. The film also stars his alleged ladylove Kiara Advani. The makers are yet to decide if this will be a theatrical or an OTT release.
Sidharth has three films in the pipeline besides Shershah. He has the remake of the Tamil film, Thadam in the making where he will be seen playing a double role. Then he has Indra Kumar’s Thank God co-starring Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh. And then there are reports that he might do the remake of the Telugu film DJ which originally starred Allu Arjun.
